Shipping policy

We ship from Switzerland within Switzerland and to selected EU countries.

Switzerland: approx. 3–7 business days after receipt of payment.

EU: approx. 7–14 business days after receipt of payment.

Please note that customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed automatically during checkout.

Import VAT (MwSt): According to the tax rate of the respective EU country (e.g., 19 % in Germany or 21 % in Austria). This is charged on the merchandise value and the shipping costs.
Customs duties are included in the shipping costs and are covered by us. In rare cases, you may incur additional charges - please contact us in these cases - we’ll find a solution.
