What are the delivery times?

Because each piece is made to order for you, there are usually 2–5 business days between your order and shipping. See the information on the page The order process.

After production, shipping within Switzerland takes about 1–3 days, and for international orders approx. 2–10 days. As soon as your package has shipped, you’ll receive a notification with a tracking number. You’ll find more details under Shipping.

Note: The times listed include average production time and may vary slightly depending on workload.

Is each vase made individually?

Yes. Every vase is produced just for you after you place your order. See the information on the page The order process.

Can I order a design in any material?

In many cases, yes. Just contact us with your desired material. If the material is in stock and it’s a standard design, we can usually offer a custom piece at the regular shop price with a small surcharge for the extra effort of +10 CHF.

Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes, we make vases in your desired size or with custom designs up to a height of 35 cm. A lot is possible, and we’re happy to advise you personally. For design, consulting, and material sourcing, we charge our standard hourly rate. Contact us if you’re interested in a custom piece.

What happens once a limited series is sold out?

If the product page states that a design is limited to, for example, 50 pieces, exactly that many pieces will be produced. Once the quantity is reached, the series is considered complete and the design will no longer be reproduced – not even on request.

Limited designs are numbered: on the underside of each vase you’ll find its unique serial number, e.g., 12/50 – meaning it’s the twelfth vase in a series of fifty.
