The ordering process

Each piece is made to order for you. There are usually 2–5 days between your order and shipping. Here’s what happens during that time.

Short version: Order → Production (3D printing & post-processing) → Final inspection → Shipping/pickup

Order process

1. Order

After your order and payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order reaches us, we prepare to produce your piece.

2. 3D printing

Within the next 1–3 business days, we start—at the next available window—the 3D printing of your piece (or pieces). Print time depends on size and material and is usually between 1 hour and 1 day.

3. Post-processing

After printing, we perform a quality check. We then clean and finish the surface. Depending on the piece, we may glue bases or other parts, for example. The adhesive cures for at least 24 hours.

4. Final inspection

Once the piece is finished, we carry out a final check. If, for example, a glass cylinder is part of the piece, we insert it and inspect the surface and glue joints.

5. Shipping / pickup

If everything is in order, the piece is securely packed and handed over to our shipping carrier (or made available for pickup). As soon as the package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification. It usually includes a tracking number.

Delays

During peak workload or if materials are missing (e.g., for special orders), delays may occur. In that case, we’ll notify you as soon as possible via message.
