Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we voluntarily offer a 5-day return window from delivery (according to tracking).

How returns work

Contact us first: Please email us within 5 days at info@erbsland.com with your order number and reason. We cannot accept unannounced returns.
Return shipment: Send the goods back well packaged at your own expense – ideally via insured, trackable shipping.
Condition: Returns are accepted for unused, clean products in perfect condition. In case of damage, soiling, or signs of use, we will reduce the refund by the loss in value. If the product is no longer resalable, we cannot issue a refund.
Non-refundable: Any shipping costs (postage), local taxes, and customs duties are not refundable.
Refund: Once received and inspected, we refund via the original payment method—minus non-refundable costs and any depreciation.

Cancellation before production starts

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@erbsland.com.

Before production begins, you can usually cancel free of charge. Once we start manufacturing or preparation, a proportional cost share may apply (e. g., for materials already used or design work).

As our products are made to order, there is no statutory right to free cancellation after placing the order. However, we always strive to find a fair and straightforward solution.

Warranty & Defects

Of course, we take care of production defects or incorrect deliveries. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt by email at info@erbsland.com and include a photo. We will review the case and find a suitable solution (replacement or refund). Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Legal notice

Our products are individually made to order (e.g., 3D printing).

In Switzerland, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases; exceptions apply, e. g., for doorstep transactions (Art. 40a ff. OR).

For EU customers: The right of withdrawal has an exception for goods made to customer specifications (custom-made). Our 10-day goodwill is therefore voluntary and in addition to statutory rights.
